Book Review: "The Wolf Gift"

"The Wolf Gift" is a gothic, horror, and werewolf-themed novel by Anne Rice, published in February 2012. The story revolves around Reuben Golding, a young man who becomes a werewolf, and his experience with the transformation and how it impacts his life. The novel is known for its complex moral questions, stark violence, and monstrous brutality against a hauntingly picturesque Northern California. It is the first book in "The Wolf Gift Chronicles" series, followed by "The Wolves of Midwinter." The novel has been well-received for its unique take on the werewolf experience and its compelling storytelling. As of the latest information, there has been no news of a third book in the series.
