Book Review: "Past Tense"

"Past Tense" is a novel by Lee Child, and it is the twenty-third book in the Jack Reacher series. The story follows Jack Reacher as he travels to Portsmouth, New Hampshire, but is barred from returning to Laconia after getting into two separate fights. The novel delves into Reacher's encounters with a corrupt local farmer and a crime syndicate based out of Boston. Additionally, Reacher learns that a professor at a nearby university wants to speak to him as he is the only living male descendant of his family line. The book is known for its gripping narrative and intense action, typical of the Jack Reacher series. It was initially released on November 5, 2018, and has been well-received by fans of the series and critics alike.
